Coastal Cleanup Drive – September 2022 at Pattinampakkam, Chennai Seashore area. As part of our ongoing commitment to marine and coastal environmental conservation, a Coastal Cleanup Drive was conducted in September 2022 along the Pattinampakkam seashore in Chennai. The initiative focused on reducing coastal pollution by removing accumulated marine litter, plastic waste, and other debris from the shoreline.

The programme aimed to promote responsible waste management, encourage public participation in coastal conservation, and raise awareness about the adverse impacts of marine litter on coastal ecosystems and biodiversity. Through this initiative, we reinforced the importance of collective environmental responsibility and community-driven action in maintaining cleaner and healthier coastal environments.
